RTA Travel Information Center
Call 836-7000 from any regional area code toll-free in Illinois for trip planning assistance using CTA train and buses, Metra commuter rail and Pace suburban bus and paratransit services. Operators are available daily from 5am to 1am.
RTA Customer Service Center
The RTA Customer Service Center, located at 175 W. Jackson Boulevard, Suite 250 (corner of Jackson & Wells streets) in Chicago, provides maps and electronic timetables for CTA, Metra and Pace at no charge. Customers can also purchase CTA fare cards and CTA monthly passes.

The RTA administers the ADA certification program to determine a person's eligibility to use regional paratransit service.
Metra New Riders Guide
For those who are new to, or want to get reacquainted with the Metra system.
CTA New Resident Program
A New Resident informational brochure and a questionnaire is mailed to new households in the CTA service area. Once the questionnaire is sent back, a New Resident Kit -- which contains a Transit Card with two rides and a CTA System Map -- is sent back to the home.
